HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE TO OBTAIN A QUOTE?
We strive to prepare your quote as quickly as possible, usually within 3-5 days. However, during the busy spring to autumn months, it may take longer, especially for larger projects.
DO I NEED TO PAY ANYTHING UPFRONT?
It depends on the project. Each quote will outline the price, what's included, an approximate start date, and a payment schedule. For larger projects, we may request a 25% upfront payment to cover material costs, with subsequent payments split equally and made weekly. The final payment is due upon completion and your full satisfaction.
CAN I USE MY OWN MATERIALS?
Yes, you can. Depending on the project, our quotes typically include materials, but we may provide you with the cost of labor only if you prefer to supply your own materials.
DO YOU OFFER A WARRANTY?
Yes, we offer up to a 15-year warranty on labor. Materials are guaranteed by the producer and have varying warranty lengths.
IS THERE A CHARGE FOR A QUOTE?
No, we provide free, no-obligation quotes. We believe in transparent and upfront communication with our clients.
ARE YOU INSURED?
Yes, we are fully insured up to £1,000,000, which we can increase to £2,000,000 for larger projects. This ensures that our clients have peace of mind throughout the construction process, knowing they are protected against unforeseen circumstances.
